Real Time Strategic Change will complement and build on what you already know and are doing to bring about change in your organization. In this course, you’ll learn RTSC as you practice it. The end result? You’ll make significant progress on real issues and opportunities in your organization in real time -- and learn how to do this work on your own in the future.
A Focus on Both Theory and Practice
After attending you’ll understand why RTSC works and how to apply it in both large and small scale settings. Objectives of the course include:
- Developing a strategy for your organization geared to accelerating and sustaining change
- Understanding the six RTSC principles and how to use them to achieve fast and lasting change
- Confidence and competence in working through the three phases and nine steps of an RTSC effort
- Learning how to create alignment between individuals and groups with opposing and even contentious points of view

The Global PM/RTSC
Learning Community
This group of line managers, consultants and students has met twice a year for the past decade to:
“Provide a networking opportunity/environment for experienced PM/RTSC
consultants and their clients and an
introductory overview and exposure
to case studies of PM/RTSC application
for those new to PM/RTSC.”
The meetings are two days long, organized around a variety of case presentations, dialogues and “open space” support consultations. What do we achieve in each gathering?
- Experienced PM/RTSC consultants gain consulting advice and experience from each other.
- People new to and interested in PM/RTSC gain some orientation to the PM/RTSC principles and
practices as well as exposure to case studies.
- Participants share case studies of PM/RTSC applications.
- Everyone gains new insights to ongoing work.
- New tools are introduced and shared.
- All are afforded an opportunity to build relationships - new and old,
- It is an opportunity to network, to strengthen the learning community as a whole.
